HOW TO RETURN A DEFECT ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

Please contact the Warehouse regarding your return order with details mentioned:

• Address of your receiving location.
• Phone number.
• Company Email.
• Photo of defect item and parcel.
• Reason stating for your return. (As if there is no reason stated, we will provide one upon the pictures given)

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
